Review system Event Logs and when trouble shooting complex issues Setup and deploy new users and the resources in clients Microsoft 365 of Azure Virtual Desktop environments Troubleshooting server, PC issues in our clients environment Troubleshooting day to day user IT issues The following activities are typical for this role: The Support Role is focused on the day to day support of our clients Microsoft365 and Wintel environments as well as other general PC/printer/network related issues. You will be speaking to our clients on daily basis so must be confident & comfortable with English. Must have excellent verbal & written skills in English and also speak English with little to no accent. Must be able to work Eastern Australian times between 8:30am – 17:30pm Monday – Friday.
